The Management Team of the Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA) in Maiduguri, led by the Managing Director/CEO, Alhaji Tijjani Musa Tumsah, alongside the Executive Board Chairman Prof. Abdu Dauda, paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, FNSE, MNI, CON, Governor of Borno State, today Saturday, 26th April 2025.
