Inspection of Staff Offices
The Managing Director/CEO, Alh. Tijjani Musa Tumsah, led his management team on a tour of the Authority's staff offices on Monday 28th April, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to assess the working conditions of staff members and gain firsthand insight into their operational environment.
Inspection Objectives
The inspection aimed to:
- Evaluate the current state of staff offices and working conditions
- Identify areas requiring improvement or renovation
- Demonstrate the management's commitment to staff welfare and productivity
Observations
During the tour, the MD and his team observed that, the office conditions, equipment, staff morale is not conducive to staff. These observations by the management will inform future decisions on office improvements and resource allocation.
Conclusion
The inspection demonstrates the management's dedication to creating a conducive working environment for staff. By addressing identified areas, the Authority can enhance staff productivity, boost morale, and improve overall organizational performance.
