On Wednesday July 2, 2025, stakeholders from Ngala Local Government Area paid a courtesy visit to the headquarters of the Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA) in Maiduguri to congratulate the newly appointed Managing Director/CEO, Alh. Tijjani Musa Tumsah, and his management team. The visit also served as a platform to discuss possible areas of collaboration, particularly in supporting farmers within the local government.

The delegation was led by the Executive Chairman of Ngala Local Government and included the Member representing Ngala in the Borno State House of Assembly, senior local government officials, and leaders of farmer associations in the area.
